1. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order or using the SaleCube website (salecube.ph), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed. All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Order confirmation
An order is confirmed when you receive an order reference number. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Authenticity guarantee
Every item sold by SaleCube is authenticated by our team. If you believe an item is inauthentic, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and, if the claim is substantiated, provide a full refund plus return shipping.
5. Payments
Payment is due at checkout for regular orders. For pre-orders, a deposit is charged at checkout and the balance is due when the item is ready to ship. Failure to pay the balance within 48 hours of notification may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Limitation of liability
SaleCube's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
