Processing times
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Manila time) on a processing day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next processing day.
Metro Manila
We use same-day and next-day courier services within Metro Manila. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before noon — message us on Messenger to confirm availability.
Provincial (outside Metro Manila)
Provincial orders are shipped via LBC, J&T, or Ninja Van depending on your location. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Metro Manila rates typically range from ₱80–₱150. Provincial rates vary by destination and carrier.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Messenger. You can also use our order tracker at any time using your order reference number.
Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by weather conditions, courier capacity, and public holidays. We will notify you if your order is delayed. If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@salecube.ph or via Messenger.
