Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging (box, tags, tissue paper if applicable).
How to initiate a return
- Message us on Messenger or email hello@salecube.ph with your order reference number and the reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping cost is at the buyer's expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the size or item you want instead. We will cover the re-dispatch cost for approved exchanges.
Non-returnable items
Items are not eligible for return if they have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. Items returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. GCash and Maya refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice. Contact us immediately with photos.
