Orders & checkout
- How do I place an order?

- Browse the catalog, select your size, and add to bag. Checkout as a guest — we only need your contact number and shipping address. No account required.
- Can I cancel or change my order?

- Message us on Messenger or email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the item is packed, we can no longer cancel. For size changes, we'll do our best to accommodate before dispatch.
- Do I need to create an account?

- No. SaleCube is fully guest-checkout. Your order reference number is all you need to track your package.
- What is a pre-order?

- Some items are available for pre-order before they arrive in our warehouse. You pay a deposit now and settle the balance when the item is ready to ship. ETA dates are shown on the product page.
Shipping & delivery
- How fast do you ship?

- Metro Manila orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched the same day via same-day or next-day courier. Provincial orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically arrive in 2–5 business days.
- How do I track my order?

- Go to /track and enter your order reference number and contact number. You'll see real-time status updates.
- Do you ship outside the Philippines?
+
- Not yet. We currently ship within the Philippines only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
- What happens if my package is lost?

- We file a claim with the courier on your behalf. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Authenticity
- How do I know the items are real?

- Every item is physically inspected by our team before listing. We check stitching, tags, box labels, sole construction, and more. We've been collecting since before we started the shop — we know what to look for.
- What if I receive a fake?

- This has never happened, but if it did: full refund, no questions, and we'd want to know how it got through. DM us immediately with photos.
- Are your items brand new?

- Most items are deadstock (brand new, unworn). When an item is used or lightly worn, we say so explicitly in the product description with condition notes.
Payments
- What payment methods do you accept?

- GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard (via PayMongo), and bank transfer. All methods are shown at checkout.
- Is it safe to pay online?

- Card payments are processed securely through PayMongo, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
- When am I charged?

- For regular orders, payment is collected at checkout. For pre-orders, a deposit is collected at checkout and the balance is due when the item is ready to ship.
Returns & exchanges
- What is your return policy?

- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is in the same condition as received. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Message us to initiate a return.
- Can I exchange for a different size?

- Yes, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost; we'll cover the re-dispatch.
- How long do refunds take?

- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item. GCash and Maya refunds are typically instant once processed. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Sizing
- What size should I buy?

- Use the size guide on every product page — it has measurements for sneakers, shoes, and apparel. When in doubt, DM us on Messenger with your measurements and we'll advise.
- Do you have a size guide?
+
- Yes. Click "Size guide" on any product page to see the full chart for sneakers, shoes, and apparel. You can also find it linked from the footer.
- Sneakers are a half size — do you have that?
+
- It depends on the specific model. Check the variant options on the product page. If the half-size isn't listed, we don't have it in stock.
