Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Name and contact number (required for delivery coordination)
- Shipping address
- Email address (optional, for order confirmation and updates)
- Payment details (processed securely via PayMongo — we never store card numbers)
We also collect non-personal analytics data (page views, device type) via standard web analytics tools to improve the site.
How we use your information
- To fulfill and deliver your order
- To send order status updates (SMS or Messenger)
- To respond to your support inquiries
- To improve our products and services
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Courier data sharing
We share your name, contact number, and shipping address with our courier partners (LBC, J&T, Ninja Van, or local same-day services) solely for the purpose of delivering your order. These partners are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
Payment security
Card payments are processed by PayMongo, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We do not store or process card numbers on our servers.
Data retention
We retain order records for up to 5 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us — requests are fulfilled within 30 days subject to any legal retention requirements.
Your rights
Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to retention requirements)
- Object to processing of your data
